Shipping & preorder timing

Centripetal Designs Pottery currently ships within the United States. Available shipping services and rates are shown at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Preorders: Please follow the production estimate on the individual product listing. Listings marked with a 4–6 week preorder window allow that time for making and firing before shipment. Some orders may be ready sooner.

Production time and carrier transit time are separate. Choosing a faster shipping service changes transit speed; it does not shorten the making or firing time for a preorder.

For items not marked as preorders, or orders containing both ready-made pieces and preorders, email centripetaldesigns@gmail.com with any timing questions before ordering.

Address changes & delivery questions

Please check your delivery address before checkout. If you notice an error, email your order number and corrected address as soon as possible so I can check whether a change is still possible.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Please keep the packaging while we work through the issue.
